Membership in the society is open to the following:

»  Health related Institutions and Libraries

»  Students of Medical Faculties

»  Students of other paramedical teaching programmes

Out of the four membership types offered by the HISSL, student, associate, ordinary and life memberships are offered to individuals with suitalble qualifications and interest in Health Care Informatics. Institutional membership is for the academic institutions, hospitals and other institutions associate with or providing services related to Telemedicine, eHealth and Mediacal Informatics.
